This full-time role involves leading business analysis and process redesign to enhance financial sustainability. You will engage with Finance leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Finance improvement initiatives from start to finish
• Create and execute detailed project planning
• Lead workshops to map and design processes
• Document and maintain high-quality process standards
• Utilize data analysis for actionable financial recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related discipline
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required
