About This Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-driven Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, who thrives in a hands-on operational role and enjoys seeing the direct impact of their work on employee experiences. In this role, you will support the delivery of total rewards programs with a focus on pension and retirement programs and perform various essential operational and administrative tasks. It offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external providers. This position is located at our downtown Toronto office (minimum 3 days per week in-office) and will support multiple site locations in Canada.

Reporting to the Manager, Pension & Total Rewards Operations, you will play an important role in bringing total rewards programs to life for employees.
