About This Opportunity
**Responsibilities**
- Resolve techno-functional client queries and tickets
- Commit to techno-functional analysis and support activities
- Monitor and troubleshoot MS SQL stored procedures and database issues
- Support shift work including evening, night, and weekend releases and patching
- Use Jira for tracking and managing incidents and requests
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Follow ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management
- Assist in administration and troubleshooting of Windows Servers,.NET Frameworks, and Java environments
- Provide on-call support as required during weekends
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of log management and analysis techniques
- Experience with tracking tools such as Jira
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Good written and spoken English with upper-intermediate proficiency
