Responsibilities

Senior Analyst position reports to the Manager, and will be responsible for supporting key initiatives and priorities across Connected Care. Two early priorities include transforming UHN’s outpatient experience across 300+ clinics, impacting up to 1.5 million visits annually, and supporting the expansion of the Nurse Practitioner Led Connected Care Hub, a regional service delivery asset providing community‑based care, to include Active Remote Care Monitoring.
