Job Description
The Senior Associate, HR Shared Service, working under general supervision, is responsible for applying existing organizational practices and procedures for the administration of human resources functions, encompassing HRIS, compensation, benefits, staffing, and compliance with legal regulations.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR operations within a Shared Service environment, including the classification of employees (Exempt vs. Non-Exempt) to ensure payroll and legal compliance.
The role delivers exceptional customer service to new hires and managers during the onboarding process, as well as addressing internal and external inquiries related to HR programs and initiatives.
