What the day will look like

+ Advisory and delivery of TL solutions (primarily W&I insurance) on M&A transactions (whether Asia-based or offshore).

+ Placement of W&I insurance solutions for M&A transactions.

+ Engagement of external distribution channels (lawyers, investment banks, fund managers, accounting firms and private equity firms) and internal Aon client teams to develop relationships and deliver TL solutions to clients and prospects.

+ Preparation of presentation materials and collation of data and other collateral for business development and deal specific use. <...
