A senior‑level advantages professional responsible for supporting and administering employee benefits programs across multiple jurisdictions as part of a globally aligned HR function. This role owns day‑to‑day advantages operations, supports program enhancements, and contributes to broader, cross‑regional initiatives as needed.

The successful candidate will be highly detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. Strong stakeholder management, organization, and process discipline are critical.
