Senior BI Developer / BI Team Lead

Remote position in Canada (CA).

Job Duties

• Works closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate those into informative, visually appealing, and simple-to-use reporting products.
• Leads a Business Intelligence (BI) team, including data analysts, quality assurance analysts and BI developers.
• Designs, delivers, and maintains high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Accountable for Power BI mentorship for reusability, technical efficiencies, and dashboard design.
• Performs operational troubleshooting to resolve disruptions to reporting service, data refreshes, and Power BI platform problems.
• Develops development standards and best practices, performing quality assurance checks.
• Leads Power BI governance through use of workspaces, appropriate security models, and a managed self‑service report authoring approach.
