Responsibilities

Lead and deliver drilling, blasting, and blast vibration assessment projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. Develop, optimize, and review blast designs—including drill patterns, charge sizing, and timing sequences—to enhance fragmentation and support project performance. Apply geotechnical and geological assessments to inform blasting strategies, wall control, and environmental risk mitigation. Implement, interpret and report on vibration, air overpressure, and flyrock monitoring programs for compliance and environmental protection. Prepare high‑quality technical documentation: studies, reports, specifications, cost estimates, and client presentations. Mentor junior and intermediate professionals, sharing knowledge, guiding work, and fostering skill development.
