The Senior Business Development Manager, Broker Channel is responsible for developing the residential mortgage origination volume by identifying, engaging, and securing new relationships with key mortgage broker partners. They will lead advanced governance practices, support the Broker business development team, and influence enhancements to our systems and processes. The success of this role will directly contribute to the company’s sales targets and market position within the competitive mortgage lending landscape. This is an outside sales role focused on building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with mortgage brokers and industry partners.
