Zurich Canada is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to support the evolution of our Total Rewards model and act as the Canada subject‑matter expert for compensation. The role reports to the AVP, Total Rewards & HR Operations, and serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition teams on compensation strategy, market competitiveness, pay governance, and compensation‑related decision making.
