Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic construction manager to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. This professional is responsible for successfully coordinating and supervising construction, developing and delivering an overall construction strategy, reviewing the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. The construction manager will hire and manage subcontractors and staff, and provide input or prepare and submit budgets as needed. This professional will also plan, organize, schedule, direct and control the delivery of construction, overseeing all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
