The UBDS group is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Consultant to lead and support complex transformation engagements across client environments. This role focuses on shaping and delivering business and technology transformation initiatives, with particular emphasis on modernising legacy systems and services.

The successful candidate will apply a user‑centred and design‑led approach across the full agile lifecycle, from Discovery through to Live, ensuring that solutions are aligned to user needs, organisational objectives and long‑term sustainability. Working closely with stakeholders, the role requires strong influencing skills to drive change, unlock opportunities and deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes.
