Senior Consultant, Global DB Pensions

Requisition ID: Reporting to the Director, Global DB Pensions, the Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting the management and oversight of the Bank’s global defined benefit (DB) pension plans. Key areas of focus include actuarial valuations, strategy, compliance, governance, communication and education, as well as involvement in budgeting and expense management of external vendors. The role includes exposure to pension plans in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and the Caribbean. In this role you will: Assist with IAS 19 pension financial reporting following established procedures at each quarter-end and year-end. Assist with the management and preparation of actuarial valuations and costings conducted by external consultants for design, expense and forecasting purposes to effectively manage costs.
