Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As a Senior Consultant, Model Validation , you will provide advanced, independent oversight of complex models used across Vancity, ensuring they are sound, well‑governed, and aligned with regulatory expectations and our Model Risk Management Framework. You’ll play a critical role in validating models across credit, fraud, capital, liquidity, ALM, and allowances, offering effective challenge to model development teams and translating complex quantitative findings into clear, data‑driven insights for senior leaders. We’re seeking a highly analytical professional with strong model risk expertise who can influence decision‑making and strengthen Vancity’s risk governance maturity.
