The Work

Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal – Commercial Banking, the Senior Counsel will provide strategic legal support to the Commercial Banking division. The role involves advising on commercial lending transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management, new product development, and corporate initiatives, as well as handling customer issues.
