Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF and Databricks
• Own and evolve our enterprise Lakehouse architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
• Lead Delta Lake design patterns, performance tuning, and data lifecycle management
• Drive DataOps practices: CI/CD, version control, monitoring, and governance
• Partner with BI, data science, clinical, finance, and operations teams
• Define data engineering standards and best practices across the organization
