Compensation

Salary range (but not limited to): 118,700 - 145,100. This range is based on a 35‑hour workweek and is determined considering experience, skills, qualifications, and anticipated contribution.

Annual bonus target: 12% of base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target depending on personal and company performance.
