Our client, a leading athleisure retailer, is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across their eCommerce platform. This role requires a highly proactive analyst who goes beyond reporting—delivering insights, hypotheses, and recommendations that influence product, marketing, and guest experience. The ideal candidate operates with a strong sense of ownership, challenges stakeholder asks, and translates complex data into actionable business outcomes.
Proactively analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes (not just surface-level reporting) Go beyond A/B test results to explain why performance changed and propose next iterations Develop hypotheses and guide stakeholders toward data-driven decisions
