Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sr Director of FP&A to lead and scale our financial planning and analysis function in a SaaS environment. This role will report to the CFO and will partner closely with executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, long-range planning, and operational performance. The Sr Director will oversee forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes, with deep ownership of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV) and actionable insights to support growth, profitability, and capital allocation decisions.



Key Responsibilities
+ Lead company-wide annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes, incorporating SaaS drivers such as ARR growth, bookings, pipeline conversion, churn, and expansion.
