- Ensure full alignment between the Marketing organization and KOF’s Commercial Activation team, securing unified priorities and synchronized system execution.
- Lead the relationship and drive seamless communication between Commercial Activation, Zone, and Modern Trade to ensure clarity, visibility, and timely escalation of business issues.
- Develop incentives, tactical POS, and joint commercial programs with FEMSA, ensuring financial rigor and execution readiness.
