Responsibilities

• Prepare rough sketches and detailed drawings using AutoCAD or MicroStation, exercising initiative to complete recurring assignments independently and applying judgment in selecting appropriate methods.
• Perform design and technical calculations, material lists, construction details, drawings and diagrams related to project requirements in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Develop and prepare standardized drawings and symbols for the company database.
• Design and draft PLC panels, junction box drawings, loop drawings, control architecture drawings, building layouts, and related documentation.
• Review third‑party drawings (civil, architectural, landscape, utilities) for conflicts and required project information.
• 3‑D modeling for lighting, panels and cable trays is an asset.
