Key Responsibilities:
Service Request Management
• Maintain and update the inverter Service Request (SR) tracker with complete, accurate, and timely information.
• Track all service requests from initiation to closure, ensuring regular follow-up and escalation wherever required.
• Monitor SR ageing, turnaround time (TAT), pending cases, and closure status.
• Ensure all service requests are closed with proper Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and supporting documentation.
Data Management & Reporting
• Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance of inverter fault and maintenance records.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all service databases and trackers.
