About the Opportunity

Mount Milligan is seeking a Senior Engineer, Mine to play a key role in optimizing the Mine to Mill process through effective collaboration with Mine Geology, Mine Operations, Drill & Blast, Maintenance, and Mill Operations and Maintenance. This position is responsible for developing the Drill & Blast budget; supporting the creation of financial models, medium‑to‑long‑term mine plans, and Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) construction schedules; contributing to annual budgeting processes; managing contracts and controlling costs; and ensuring alignment between short‑ and long‑range plans. This role also provides mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff within the Mine Technical Services department.
