Senior Engineering Specialist – Network Security, Network Platform Responsible for designing, deploying, and operationalizing new network and security technologies. Provides technical leadership by researching and conducting proof-of-concept on emerging technologies to determine business fit and promotes a mindset of continuous service improvement by conducting service health assessments.

Responsibilities

Provide technical consulting on capabilities and limitations of network and security technologies

Lead validation and practicality of new technologies through rapid prototyping

Research and evaluate technologies/products and make recommendations

Test and evaluate network and security technologies against established criteria

Work with vendors to finalize detailed technical specifications for hardware and software
