This position plays a critical role in the successful pursuit and delivery of civil construction and road-building projects by providing accurate, strategic, and competitive cost estimates. The successful candidate will bring extensive industry knowledge, advanced technical expertise, and a strong understanding of best practices in heavy civil construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the estimating function for civil construction and road-building projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of all submissions.
