Max Insurance is looking for an exceptional Senior Field Claims Adjuster to help drive excellence in our claims function for moderate to highly complex residential property claims. We use proprietary systems that streamline and automate many legacy inefficiencies, providing policyholders with a fast and positive customer experience. Adjusters will have access to tools never seen in the industry before, all focused on making the claims process easier so our customers can get back on their feet faster.

Job Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, analyze, negotiate, and settle residential property claims through on‑site inspections in accordance with Max Insurance’s claims procedures and guidelines.
