What You'll Be Doing:

• Analyzing financial data, accounting records, and financial models.

• Preparing integrated cash flow models and scenario analyses.
• Supporting the execution of formal restructuring mandates including receiverships, proposals, and bankruptcies.
• Preparing formal reports to stakeholders, creditors, and courts.
• Assisting in advising companies, lenders, creditors, shareholders, and regulators.
• Managing multiple engagements and timelines concurrently.
• Managing sales processes for the disposition of distressed assets and businesses.
• Participating in practice development and business networking initiatives.
