Overview Key strategic partner responsible for the financial health and growth trajectory of DECIEM’s emerging brands and global innovation pipeline. The role blends rigorous financial control with entrepreneurial spirit in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Pay Range Base salary $100,000 to $110,000.

Responsibilities

Partner with Regions, Global Brand, and Incubator teams to review Year-to-Date (YTD) spending versus Plan.

Improve, maintain, and develop spending trackers specifically tailored for incubator brand launches.

Reconcile Purchase Orders (POs) in D365 against internal trackers to validate accuracy of accruals.

Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the Global Incubator portfolio and provide a monthly rollup as part of the monthly financial Latest Estimate (LE) process.
