Our client within the real estate development sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on a 3 month engagement. There is the potential to be extended/converted due to shortage of resources in the team.

This role will be based onsite for 5 days in Downtown Vancouver. Reporting to the CFO and VP of Real Estate, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain financial models for acquisitions including benchmarking
• Obtain a good understanding of the business and the complexities around the life cycle of the real estate development projects
• Ensure the details of the acquisitions are incorporated into the financial models and refine as needed

To be considered for this opportunity, the ideal Financial Analyst has a CPA and/or CFA background with the following qualifications:
