Job Description:







Provide strong co‑piloting support to the LATAM Business Director, partnering closely with Champion Global FP&A to understand, steer and improve the business and financial performance of the region. The role also supports standardized planning, forecasting and performance management processes, contributes to the regional RTM transformation agenda, and acts as a key partner during distribution integration initiatives. The role has a dotted‑line to Champion CFO.

What are we looking for?

5 years of experience in co‑piloting or FP&A roles, ideally at local unit level.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Business School preferred.
Strong financial and demand co‑piloting skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strategic and long‑term mindset with capability to shape transformation agendas.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across regional and global teams.
