Overview

Scotiabank’s Global Technology Services (GTS) Service Assets & Configuration Management department is responsible for the management of the Bank’s hardware IT assets throughout their lifecycle from acquisition to retirement. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hardware model database, ensuring model records are complete, accurate and normalized.
• Track and report on assets with aged or end‑of‑life models and liaise with stakeholders to initiate refresh activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve model management processes and workflows.
• Create reports, dashboards and metrics to provide stakeholders with actionable insights on hardware currency status and compliance.
