You will serve as the HR Business Partner for the Leicester Business Unit (MT-UK), driving performance through tailored people strategies, while simultaneously acting as the Country HR Lead for the UK. Operating within a global HR model (including Centers of Excellence and Shared Services), you will be a key driver of our ongoing HR transformation and the local implementation of Workday.
