Responsibilities

• Working as an integral part of the Pre‑Construction Team to design and contribute to the success of a wide array of high‑end residential projects.
• Completing a diverse range of daily tasks to support successful projects, including:
• Initial design consultations as part of our sales cycle, determining concepts & project budget
• Full Design Specifications Packages; including Working Drawings, Millwork Packages, Details, RCP
• Material selections with clients & suppliers
• Management and procurement of finishes
• Maintaining budgets for all selections
• Coordinating materials/finish selections to sites
• Overseeing templates, measures and installation of custom details
• Client communication
