The Senior Legal Counsel (SLC)Commercial Law is a senior legal professional with significant knowledge,skills, experience and expertise in relation to commercial law and isresponsible for providing advice, support, and research on diverse subjectareas to support IATA’s commercial and program activities. The SLC reports tothe Assistant Director, Associate General Counsel Commercial Law.

What your day would be like

• Provides independent advice on substantive and procedural questions of considerable complexity, which may include those related to commercial law, public law, negotiations, administrative law, litigation, dispute resolution, economic and technical regulations and policy relevant to IATA’s products and services and standard setting activities and related questions of administration and management.
