The legal role supports a wide range of legal and regulatory matters related to flights, experiences, ground transportation, and packages, and provides advice on travel product launches and technology agreements.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad spectrum of legal and regulatory issues for the travel business, including flights, experiences/attractions, ground transportation, and packages.
• Negotiate and draft agreements related to travel‑related content, software services, technology licensing, product development, and support litigation or consumer protection matters.
• Participate in negotiations and ensure timely completion of contracts; assist business stakeholders with ongoing contract management when required.
