Leverage your expertise in employment and HR law to provide trusted legal advice that supports FCC’s business and its mandate as a Canadian Crown corporation. You will advise leaders on complex legal matters, manage legal risk, and contribute to sound decision‑making across the organization. Responsibilities

Provide legal advice to senior leaders and staff on a broad range of employment and HR matters, including interpretation and application of the Canada Labour Code, and support workplace investigations as required.
