dfarc is looking for an experienced senior level accountant, knowledgeable in all areas of full cycle accounting, to take on a leadership role within the firm. As direct assistant to the managing partner, you will be the main contact for all accounting staff to resolve issues, answer questions and to review their completed work. You will oversee the workflow to organize and delegate work, and to ensure all deadlines are met.
You are committed to your work, are detail oriented and thorough, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and good interpersonal, problem solving and trouble‑shooting abilities. You will have good time management to meet deadlines and can handle multiple projects under minimal supervision.
