Elite Logix Inc, a third party logistics provider based out of Burlington, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience to work in our Interstate division.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations to ensure smooth operations across channels and maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer and carrier experience; manage all duties listed below.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers for TL and LTL.
• Source carriers.
• Respond to spot quotes and customer requests within the expected timeline.
• Assist with after-hours issue resolution on a rotating basis.
• Grow and maintain existing and new carrier and customer relationships.
• Understand and utilize RMIS, Carrier 411, Trucker Tool to full potential.
• Perform work with urgency and attention to detail.
