• Monitor cash balances and intercompany transfers to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Identify opportunities to optimize working capital and reduce idle cash.
• Coordinate cash flow planning and payment scheduling for recurring obligations, including leases or other financing arrangements.
• Oversee banking controls, including dual approvals, stop payments, void checks, and resolution of returned items.
• Administer positive pay and ensure timely reporting of exceptions to prevent fraudulent disbursements.
