This role provides enterprise-wide strategic and administrative direction in accordance with legislation and industry best practices on all insured and non‑insured health and dental programs, retirement plans, and savings plans sponsored locally and in collaboration with our global partners. It may involve collaborating with management on wellbeing initiatives (including disability management) that impact the benefits scope for program implementation.
