Senior Manager, Change Performance Management

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Change Performance Management to join the central Transformation team at Aviva Canada. In this role, you will leverage enterprise‑wide data to collect, consolidate, and analyze key financial and non‑financial information to generate insights into the current and future health of the Change Portfolio. The role plays a critical part in driving strategic and financial planning, ensuring value realization, and aligning transformation investments with organizational objectives and operational excellence outcomes.
