Strategic Payroll Leadership

Partner closely with the Vice President, Finance to drive the strategic, tactical, and operational direction of Payroll, including day‑to‑day management of departmental and cross‑functional initiatives.

Identify payroll‑related opportunities and issues, proactively developing and implementing effective solutions.

Ensure recommendations and decisions are grounded in strong analytics, data, and business insights.

Clearly define, communicate, and execute the pathway from strategy through implementation to successful delivery.

Payroll Operations & Compliance

Execute and oversee bi‑weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proactive resolution of omissions, discrepancies, and compliance issues.

Manage monthly and annual payroll remittances, filings, and reconciliations in compliance with all applicable government and regulatory requirements.
