What is the Opportunity?
In the role of Sr. Manager, Client & Market Intelligence, you are responsible for building and owning the complete intelligence picture of RBC's cross-border client segment — both internal and external. You will give the segment a clear, accurate, and regularly refreshed view of who RBC's cross-border clients are, how well they are being served, what the total market opportunity looks like, and where competitors are positioned.
What will you do?
- Client Segmentation and Persona Classification: Develop the methodology for classifying the RBC Bank US client base into personas using behavioral and transactional signal logic. Develop and maintain the scoring model and trigger logic, establish confidence flagging, and ensure classifications are robust enough to drive CRM activation and business decisions.
