Title: Senior Manager, Everyday Banking (Contact Centre) - Tangerine
What you will be doing: As the Senior Manager, Everyday Banking, you will lead and oversee Tangerine Service & Sales in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and drive a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen Client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
