About This Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Business Stakeholders and Human Resources to understand and address business needs
- Manage and support full project lifecycle of technical and non-technical recruitment strategic initiatives in partnership with HR Technology teams
- Design, develop, implement and evaluate assigned global TA programs
- Partner with Talent acquisition process and optimization teams on the implementation and evaluation of TA programs and usage of TA Tools
- Develop governance framework for policy and process for assigned programs
- Ensure programs are compliant with audit and compliance requirements
- Manage access management across tools
- Provide subject matter expertise, advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on recruitment related matters
