As a Senior Manager in the DTS (Digital Technology Solutions) group, you will lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals to deliver on the business outcomes of our Customer Service and Corporate Communication lines of business stakeholders. You will work closely with your stakeholders in an fast paced environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, and identify opportunities to improve and innovate their processes and work functions through technology implementation. You are technically savvy and knowledgeable about Contact Center and Digital Channels technologies.
