Responsibilities

• Deploy and implement the Johnson & Johnson Operating System and lead Lean Six Sigma Capability Building across the Supply Chain organization.
• Deploy JJOS Business Process Standards across all MedTech and Innovative Medicines segments, from request for support to sustainable value generation.
• Lead JJOS interventions (diagnostics, workshops, kaizen events) to identify data‑driven improvement opportunities aligned with priority business values.
• Lead JJOS delivery (Design, Plan and Execute phases) to ensure value generation and build local team capabilities.
