Purpose

The Senior Manager, Metering & Customer Technology integration acts as the liaison between the Customer function, Metering function, and IT, ensuring that metering platforms and related processes are reliable, compliant, and continuously improved. This role is responsible for scoping metering-related technology initiatives, leading development and support teams, and ensuring accurate and timely data flow into billing and regulatory systems. This role aligns IT solutions with operational and regulatory priorities, safeguarding revenue integrity, improving customer trust, and ensuring compliance with utility industry standards.

This role provides leadership and direction for a team of technical resources responsible for managing and improving the utility’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), metering network, hardware, middleware, and all components required to capture usage and feed data into SAP.
