The Platform Engineering Senior Manager leads a team of business analysts and platform engineering resources, accountable for the technology selection, planning, delivery, evolution, and operational excellence of Heart & Stroke’s enterprise digital platforms.

The role plays a significant leadership role in enterprise platform assessment and selection, including technical due diligence, architecture fit, integration approach, scalability, security, and transition considerations across current and emerging platform domains.

The role has primary near‑term accountability for leading the technology planning, migration, and operational transition to a modern CMS/Digital Experience Platform (DXP), in support of the organization’s enterprise Constituent and Mission Impact strategy.
